R3 Systems Group’s Recovery Service begins with the receipt of your product. Shipments are verified and inspected for damage, and any damage is documented with digital images and immediately addressed. Product is then staged for a thorough inspection and audit, whereby each system is scrutinized component-by-component and recorded with ReVision, our proprietary asset tracking system. All necessary audit information is logged and reporting is customized per your requirements. A ReValue® recommendation is submitted to you upon completion of the Recovery Service.
In addition, R3 Systems Group utilizes data security protection measures consistent with DoD 5220.22-M as required to meet each customer's specifications. We make every effort to minimize your liability so you can re-use, remarket or dispose of your old inventory with confidence. Please note that additional security is available per your requirements. Asset Tracking is an optional service allowing R3 Systems Group
to assist in the tracking of your hardware technology. Utilizing our proprietary
asset tracking system, ReVision, your IT assets are tracked from the point
of acquisition, throughout their use, upon receipt into our facility, and
until they reach their final disposition(s). Managing your assets with ReVision
positions R3 Systems Group to anticipate your arrivals from the
field for process planning and/or ReMarketing
preparations. This ensures the most efficient handling and prompt distribution
of your product.
